The folks in the Mike Terry service department have always been the most professional group to work with me. They always go up and above to make sure my service needs are met and everything is taken care. They also work me in when I'm running on a tight schedule and that is very much appreciated!!!

Took my 2025 2500 GMC Duramax in for coolant leak. Truck had only 7000 miles. Had coolant leak from day one for purchase. Dealer where I purchased it worked on it five times and did not repair. Took it to Mike Terry GMC and they took care of the leak first time! Very satisfied. Service representative, Andrew was great! Kept me informed during repair.

Andrew does an amazing job. Every time I show up he goes over all the maintenance I need and the upcoming services as well. I always know what I’m looking at as far as service and price the next time I come in.
