MEXIA, TX | 2022 GMC 1500 Sierra LimitedJanuary 2, 2023Well I went to the department of service to get installed my heating sits system I went 3 times at 1 they told me that they had to order the parts ok I understand that than they call me and let me know that parts were ready so I went back i took it early at 8 aclock so they say it was going to take 2 hours it was noon time and my truck wasn't ready and I needed it to do some work anyways I drove it home than I rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday December 27and they told me that parts were not there I didn't like that because I had to take it 3 times.Response from Mike Terry Chevrolet GMC
