THORNTON, TX | 2025 Chevrolet ColoradoJuly 26, 2025I’ll keep it short to the point but a brand new Colorado on the 19th and put it in the shop on the 23rd. Only put about 70miles on the truck. when I purchased the truck warning lights going off on the dash I was told it was only because it had to be updated. It would only take about 45 minutes and they won’t be able to do it till next week which is why I took it in on the 23rd. Had I known that 45 minutes turned into four weeks or could be longer that I could not drive the truck and that it had to stay there in the shop I would not have bought it. I would’ve took my money and went somewhere else. What’s crazy is they couldn’t tell me when my truck would be ready. Could be two months who the hell knows and like I said earlier post I get it if the trucks put together on a Monday morning at the factory or put together on a Friday afternoon. I truly do feel like I was lied to!! so much for keeping it short another crazy thing is I offered to write a check right there on the spot pay the truck off and trade up to a bigger truck. They really didn’t want to hear that. They just told me that they would contact me when my truck was ready hopefully within within the next four weeks so we’ll see if I’m gonna have to get a lawyer. They’ve got the sign called lemon laws. I’m sure you’ve heard of it!!Response from Mike Terry Chevrolet GMC
